Hace un año y medio conocí a Sttefany quien a lo largo de este tiempo siempre ha sido una agente excepcional, muy profesional y jamás he tenido una queja de ella. Alexis was very rude, tried to explain things to him from my point of view and what was going on with my policy in regards to contacting claims and how and who I could call with his help. All he told me was that's not my job call claims and continued to repeat himself and restate everything over and over as if I didn't know what I was asking him or know what I was talking about. I find him very unprofessional I don't think he should be working with people if he can't be respectful to people that have been in accidents or have questions about claims considering he is a State Farm agent regardless of if it's his area or not his professionalism is very poor.
